The Quick Engine Change (QEC) Dolly is a four wheeled dolly and mast used to carry, transport, store and maintain C-130 aircraft engines. The unit is also used as a work platform when working on the engine off the aircraft.  This dolly also includes brakes, leveling jacks, tie down rings, a pintle hook and a towbar.
