Irwin G. Haber has been the Chairman and President of The PDI Group since 1993. He emphasizes that customers must have a positive experience when working with PDI. Experiences must be memorable, relationship-driven and personal. Under his leadership, The PDI Group has grown to provide a wide variety of weapons and weapon platforms support equipment, engineering services, logistics management and training to air forces in over 45 countries, including the United States, as well as the United States Navy and United States Army. In 1998, Irwin received the US Small Business Administration’s “Small Business Person of the Year” award for Northern Ohio in recognition of his accomplishments at PDI.

Nathan Haber has been with The PDI Group since 2011 and became its Vice President of Sales and Business Development in 2015. A licensed attorney in the State of Ohio, Nathan focuses on revenue expansion and global branding through the continued development of customer relationships within domestic and international markets. He leads the sales team in quoting and proposal opportunities, while securing contracts and negotiating terms and conditions. Other focuses include project management, pricing and strategic planning.

Ryan Haber joined The PDI Group in 2015 and has been its Vice President - Engineering since 2018. Having a technical and design background, Ryan initially joined as part of the engineering team - a team to which he now leads and manages. His primary responsibilities include ensuring timely deliverables of design-related tasks are met and that the engineering department is properly supporting all aspects of the business, including sales, manufacturing and purchasing. Under Ryan's leadership, PDI's engineering department has evolved into a premier designer of weapons and aircraft support equipment, utilizing 3D modeling software in support of both internal and external customers.

Lisa Gribbell has been with The PDI Group since 2012 and is its Vice President of Finance and CFO. She oversees the finance and accounting department, ensuring strong cash management and budgeting targets are met. As a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), she understands the intricacies and challenges of managing cash flows, inventory, and accounting. With over twenty years of controllership experience in the manufacturing industry, Lisa brings a breadth of knowledge and best practices to PDI.

Dale Walters has been with The PDI Group since 2018. He is a degreed mechanical engineer and a certified Six Sigma lean manufacturing green belt. He believes that empowering all employees to be responsible and proactive in their everyday activities leads to the highest levels of workmanship and quality, which has a direct positive impact on our customers. Incorporating lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives are of Dale's primary focus so that the Company keeps its competitive edge in the global marketplace.
